HPM北美公司已經(jīng)向北美市場(chǎng)推廣新YM系列冷室壓鑄機(jī)。第一臺(tái)YM系列壓鑄機(jī)在2013年抵達(dá)HPM北美公司，現(xiàn)已完成了初步調(diào)試。

YM系列壓鑄機(jī)和伊之密的DM系列壓鑄機(jī)十分相似，但在DM系列基礎(chǔ)上更換為Allen Bradley控制系統(tǒng)，以迎合北美市場(chǎng)的需求。一些液壓件也更換為符合北美安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的零件。第一臺(tái)YM系列650噸機(jī)器正在和VisiTrak Sure-Trak 2壓射控制系統(tǒng)和Olmsted 伺服先導(dǎo)閥一起調(diào)試中。希望測(cè)試伺服控制系統(tǒng)這個(gè)工作可以在2014年3月份前完成。

至今為止，已經(jīng)有好幾個(gè)客戶到HPM北美公司參觀并對(duì)YM650壓鑄機(jī)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，而且收到了記記得回應(yīng)。HPM北美公司希望能在近期把YM650這臺(tái)機(jī)成功賣(mài)出。

HPM North America Introduces New YM Series Die Cast Machine

HPM North America has launched the new YM Series of cold chamber die cast machines for the North American market. The first YM series machine was received by HPM North America in October of 2013 and has successfully completed its initial testing. The YM series machine is similar to the YIZUMI DM series machine but uses an Allen Bradley control system which is more suitable for North America. Some hydraulic components have also been changed to meet North American safety requirements. The first machine is a YM 650 ton design and is currently being tested with the VisiTrak Sure-Trak 2 shot control system with an Olmsted servo piloted throttle valve. Testing of the servo control system is expected to be complete by the end of March 2014. Already, several Customers have visited HPM North America to inspect the YM 650 ton machine and the response has been very positive. HPM North America expects to have the YM 650 ton machine sold to a Customer in the very near future.
